Macro Shots with Polaroid Filters by Inés Zrinski

Having fun with some cute vintage boxes I got at an antique store in Annapolis and some gorgeous peonies. I've been eyeing the Canon 100mm macro, but until I can get it, I got some macro filters from Amazon for under $15 to see how well they work. So far, I'm super happy with them! What do you think?

Info: 6D, 50mm 1.4, macro filters, natural kitchen window light.  (click on images to make larger)

~Let the Love Shine~

It was an absolute delight shooting Tom and Chelsea out at old Ft. Ord and Del Monte Forest! While Chelsea and I have known each other all of our lives, this was the first time we'd seen each other in over 20 years. 20. YEARS. How time flies when you're having fun! Chelsea is the same fun-loving endearing firecracker she was when I saw her last. You'll notice this from all the great funny faces and poses she did during the shoot. On the other hand, her fiancé, Tom, is the gentle stoic sweetheart who is her perfect balance. I also must add that Tom has the natural gift of making every photo he’s in like an image from an L.L. Bean catalog.
